Instru-med is ringing in the New Year with a shot and a bang…Shot Peening that is! Coming 2nd quarter 2010, we are excited to offer an Empire 6-Axis Robotic Shot Peening system. This machine and process contain a “feedback” loop and mechanical classifier (meaning all media is closely monitored). Should a parameter fall out of spec, the process error will stop the machine. All long-term stability parameters involving consumables and components are blended into the program to control each of our customers specific monitoring requirements.
