New Machines and Systems

Instru-med recently purchased several modernized pieces of manufacturing equipment as we continue to improve our overall efficiency.
A new Citric Passivation system will replace our current unit and allow us the most updated technology and processes available. A new Electropolishing system enables us to process more parts internally helping increase product turnaround time and our in-house capabilities. Both of these units are self-contained and state of the art.
A new multi-axis CNC turning center with milling capabilities will be added to the manufacturing floor the end of August. This new machine offers rapid turnaround times by utilizing one piece of equipment to manufacture complex parts instead of multiple machines.
